Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using Yepday(the "Service"), provided by WittyDot("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Yepday provides a tool that helps users coordinate schedules. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any features, design, or availability of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under the age of 13 may not use the Service.

If you are considered a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction for the purpose of agreeing to these Terms, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Obligations

You must use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not engage in any of the following activities, including but not limited to:

• Infringing on the rights of others or causing harm to others
• Submitting false information or impersonating others
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or accessing or using it through improper means
• Using automated means to access the Service or collect data
• Posting or transmitting malware, spam, or any content that may harm the Service or other users
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content (such as nicknames, schedule information, and feedback) you submit to the Service.

We may host, display, and process user content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We may remove, modify, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, or that interferes with the normal operation of the Service, without prior notice.

5. Accounts and Authentication

The Service does not operate a separate sign-up process or account system.

You may edit or delete information you have submitted using the authentication code you set during registration. You are responsible for managing your authentication code. If you lose your authentication code, identity verification is not possible, and editing or deletion may be restricted.

6. Data Retention

Calendars created by users are automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after the calendar's end date, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

We do not provide data backup or storage services to users. You are responsible for any data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and the content that composes the Service (including software, design, logos, text, and graphics) belong to us or the rightful owners.

These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Modifications and Discontinuation of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, and the Service may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, failures, or external factors.

9. Restriction and Termination

If we determine that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, or that your use of the Service may interfere with its normal operation, we may restrict or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free nature of the Service.

We are not responsible for the outcomes of any scheduling you arrange through the Service (such as missed appointments or scheduling conflicts).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend us from and against any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or out of any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means.

Updated Terms become effective when you continue to use the Service after the changes are posted.
